The Happy Hubby is an adult version of Peach Tea. Makes for a great afternoon sipper while sitting by the water or outside cooking on the grill.
10 oz. fresh tea
2 oz. Belle Meade Bourbon (or whisky of your choice)
1 oz peach puree
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin half full of ice. Shake vigorously to chill and combine. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Tea
5 Tea bags, I used Red Rose tea
1 qt. of fresh water
1 peach, peeled and chopped
Peach Puree
1 peach, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup Sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
1/4 cup fresh water
